Abrasion resistance
According to the laboratory test of its wear performance, spraying polyurethane anti-corrosion coating abrasion resistance is 5-7 times the ordinary natural rubber, more than 10 times the carbon steel. The material not only has a high strength, but also has a good buffer, energy absorption performance. Anti-aging performance:
Sprayed polyurethane material has excellent ageing-resistant performance. Although there will be yellowing phenomenon in the aromatic spray polyurethane material, it won't cause pulverization and cracking. The performance changes of aromatic sprayed polyurethane materials before and after artificial accelerated aging test under 50 ºC for 3,871 hours are shown in the following table.

All the above parameters are the physical properties of professional equipment after curing under laboratory conditions for 7 days under the conditions of 23 ± 2 ºC and relative humidity of 50% ± 5%.
Drying time (25 ºC), the surface will dry in 3 minutes, and the walking strength can be reached in 10 minutes.

The minimum paint spraying interval: no time limit; the longest: no more than 3 hours.
Substrate processing:
The metal substrate should be sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade, and coated with special anti-corrosion primer. Before each application, ensure that the substrate surface is free of any impurities, otherwise it will affect the spraying effect.
After the concrete is completely dry (newly poured concrete should be hydrated first, and then dried for 28 days), remove loose impurities on the surface, spray a layer of matching concrete sealing primer, and spray construction after the primer is cured.
Coating method:
The high temperature and high pressure impact mixing equipment specified by our company must be used during construction.

Material A: 220kg / drum; Material R: 210kg / drum.

Storage and transportation:
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to rain, sunlight, fire, and away from heat. The storage temperature is 15-40 ° C.
Without opening the original packaging, the storage period of the product is 6 months from the production date. If the storage period is exceeded, please check the items specified in the product standard, and then you can still use the product. If it meets the technical requirements.
The product does not contain organic solvents, so it can be transported as a non-hazardous product. During transportation, it shall be strictly protected from rain and sunlight, and shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.
