Product Description

Brief introduction:


Centerline-mounted single stage overhung pump is developed according to the producing requirements of petrochemical industry,and it is OH2 structure type which conforms to API610(ISO13709) standard. The pump is horizontal, single stage single suction impeller, center line support of the shell, radial split shell, cantilever structure of the centrifugal pump. There are elaborately designs on the mounting,connection,cooling and mechanical seal.

Features:

1. Adopt standard: API610, insulation jacket design

2. The impeller is double-suction closed structure, which adopts packing plus vice impeller seal or bellows mechanical seal

3. Cantilever type, using the "rear door" structure design

4. The bearing body is equipped with water cooling chamber


Structure:
  1. Single stage,cantilever type petrochemical process pump,horizontal center line mounted. Dual volute casing design for pump outlet diameter above 80 mm.
  2. Cooling jacket and steam jacket is available.
  3. Space of sealing chamber conforms to the requirements of API682 standard,there's enough room for tandem type and double mechanical seal.
  4. Based on different application,the bearing housing can be configurated with water cooling,air cooling or heater.
  5. Back pull design,the rotary part can be removed out from casing without dismantle the pipelines.
