• We confirm the required spec. for materials and finish
• If necessary we build an optimised model with in-house CAD and 3-D prototyping facilities

3. Quotation

• We send a detailed RFQ specification to one of our specialist manufacturing facilities
• Together, we formulate the most competitive quote for your anticipated volumes
• The quotation is presented in your required currency and stock profile

4. Tooling & Sample Approval

• Tooling is manufactured as required
• Samples are checked against your drawings and tolerance specification
• Samples are submitted for your approval

5. Manufacturing

• Parts are manufactured to meet International Quality Standards
• We are regularly ISO audited to ensure consistent component quality
• Components are produced to meet your deadlines

6. Quality Assurance

• We take responsibility for the quality of your components with regular checks and batch inspections
• This enables us to supply any quality documents you may require

7. Packing & Assembly

• We can tailor our service to accommodate your packaging requirements
• Assembly processes can be carried out to configure parts so that they are ready to use
