Introduction: 

RCDFJ series forced oil cooling suspended self-cleaning cross belt magnetic separator is electromagnetic separator that applies to occasions with particularly high iron removal requirements in coal conveying ports, large-scale thermal power plants, coal mines, etc. It is suspended above large conveyor belt to effectively eliminate detonator, lead wire and other small iron pieces in the coal, and can work in dusty, humid, seriously salt spray corrosive and other harsh environments. There are seven kinds of specifications for magnetic filed intensity at rated suspension height: 90 mT, 120 mT, 150 mT, 175 mT, 200mT, 225 mT and 250 mT.

 

Features:

1. Absorbing the advanced oil forced circulation technology for the large or medium transformer both home and abroad, it features with low temperature rising (≤40ºC) and the technology is reliable and safety.

2. Magnetic route is short, magnetic waste less, the gradient is high and removing iron efficiently.

3. Light weight, reasonable oil line, compact cooling structure and high heat-releasing efficiency.

4. The exciting coil is completely dipped into the transformer oil to be dustproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.

5. Made three-dimensional excitation coil winding, the area for heat releasing is large to control the temperature rise (≤40ºC) for long service life.

6. Automatically iron-cleaning, easy maintenance, the drum shape structure, special designed wholly sealed structure to help the equipment run in harsh environments.
