The flat die New Designed Pellet Mil is good ideal machine for small capacity wood pellet making. It is good at press different kind of biomass material, such as wood sawdust, straw, ground nuts shell, corn straw and other agriculture waste into biomass fuel pellets, this pellet mill also can make fertilizer pellets by press the animal waste.
This is the mold and pressure roller of type B. The intermediate shaft passes through the pressure roller, drives the pressure roller to rotate, and presses the wood pellets.
The picture shows the B-type flat die mold and pressure rollers. Its working principle is that the intermediate shaft of the machine passes through the pressure roller, drives the pressure roller to rotate, and compacts the wood chips.
