1.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: If it's ready stock, it can be sent out immediately. If it has been sold out, we need around 45-60 days to produce.
2. Q: Can you support the sample order?
A: Yes, we can supply the sample if we have parts in stock, but the customer has to pay the sample payment(according to the value of the samples) and the shipping cost.
3. Q: What's the MOQ?
A: We have not a clear limit for this type of bearings,1 or 2pcs is available if we have ready stock. But we encourage you to buying in a bigger quantity to get a better price. And in this way, it will also help to save the average cost of delivery.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Sample order: We require 100% in advance. Deliver costs need pay by clients.
Bulk order: 30% or 50% T/T in advance, balance by T/T before shipment.
5. Q: How are you going to maintain your quality?
