Foam ceramic filter is the base material for the catalysts substrate  which is coated with catalytic oxidants to form a foam ceramic catalyst substrate. The foam  ceramic catalyst carrier is the key part of the oil fume purifier and odor removal purifier which is mainly dedicated to removing the lampblack smell gases and various odorous gases. The main component of ceramic foam filters is SiC, Al 2 O 3 , and SiO 2 , which can withstand high temperature, the highest continuous working temperature can reach 1500 degrees, and high strength, and low linear expansion coefficient. The carrier adopts an effective surface and appropriate pore structure. The ceramic foam carrier with a three-dimensional structure Can effectively expand the contact area and achieve a better purification effect.
