Product features:

ZGB (P) series slurry pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single suction, cantilever, Double Shell pumps and centrifugal slurry pumps. The pump is mostly used for the development needs of electric power, metallurgy, coal and other industries. It is designed as a slurry pump with large flow, high head and multi-stage series connection.

The main technical features of this series of products are as follows:

Using modern CAD design method, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate; Wide flow channel, good anti blocking performance and superior cavitation performance; Auxiliary impeller and packing combined seal and mechanical seal are adopted to ensure no leakage of slag slurry; Reliability design, and the average trouble free working time of the whole machine is greatly improved; The metric bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the lubrication and cooling system is reasonably set to ensure that the bearing operates at low temperature; The flow passage parts are made of special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance; After special treatment, it is used for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray; It can be used in series at multiple levels within the allowable pressure range, and the allowable working pressure (upper limit) is 3.6mpa.
