ZGB (P) S eries S lurry P ump

The ZGB (P) series slurry pump is  of horizontal, single-stage, cantilever, double casing and centrifugal structure .And it  is made of  cemented carbide. Under the rapid development of my country's mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal and other industries, there is a bigger need of better slurry pumps.  in order to  meet with the need  under high-lift conditions, our company combined  experience  at home and abroad  and  the  user feedback about  the application performance  information  to get a better draft , then we us ed  modern CFD technology and  the new m aterials  developed by our lab , a new generation of high-efficiency, large-flow, high-lift and multi-stage series slurry pumps has been made namely the ZGB (P) series slurry pump   .

Overall performance and advantages of ZGB (P) series slurry pumps

1. Adopt modern CAM design method  which ensures excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate, Thus  the mean time between repairs  (MTB R ) of the whole machine is greatly improved.
2. High-efficiency and high-lift impeller design . The pump  us es   metal alloy  impeller,  a design of wide flow channel  which is  good anti-clogging performance   and low  NPSHr. There are two kinds of shaft seals: compound seal of expeller seal and packi ng and mechanical seal  to make sure  that the slurry does not leak; the thin oil lubrication, metric bearings are adopted, and the lubrication and cooling systems are reasonably set up to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures.
3. The flow parts are made of high chromium alloy, which has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
4. The transmission mode of ZGB series slurry pump is mainly direct connection, and the head of the pump is adjusted by cutting the outer diameter of the impeller. It can be used in multiple stages in series within the allowable pressure range, and its allowable maximum working pressure is 3.6Mpa.
5. ZGB series slurry pump has reasonable structure, high operating efficiency, simple maintenance and easy operation.  And after the special treatment, it can be used under the conditions like seawater, salt spray and eletric-chemical conditions
6.The flow(wet) parts of ZGB and ZGBP pumps which have the same discharge diameter can be interchangeable. The drive section adopts the split oil-lubricating frame structure and is fixed with inner and outer water-cooling system, If necessary, cooling water can be added.
