Ferro Silicon Zirconium 
It used for  nodular cast iron / ductile iron. The higher the content of silicon, the stronger the graphitization ability of the product. The inoculation treatment method of ductile iron using molten iron inoculant is suitable for high strength ductile iron with long time interval from molten iron treatment to pouring and strong resistance to decay.

Incubation time is 5-8 minutes.

Main functions of  inoculant:
1, strongly increase the graphitized core, refine graphite, promote gray cast iron to get A-type graphite, improve strength, for nodular cast iron can make nodular iron graphite fine, round, improve the nodular grade.
2.It can effectively reduce the supercooling degree of molten iron, promote the precipitation of graphite, significantly reduce the tendency of white mouth, reduce the relative hardness, and improve the machining performance of casting.
3.strong anti-recession ability, anti-recession time is twice as long as 75 silicon, the amount of silicon-barium inoculant is less than half of 75 ferric silicon inoculant, and prevent the associated spheroidization recession.
4, the wall thickness sensitivity is small, improve the section uniformity, reduce the shrinkage tendency.
5. Stable chemical composition, uniform processing size, small deviation of composition and quality.
6.low melting point (less than 1300°), breeding treatment is easy to absorb, scum very little.
