Flotation Machine
is the equipment to complete the flotation process, which is also called flotation cell. It is widely used for the rough, fine and reverse flotation operations of copper, lead, zinc, nickel, molybdenum and other non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and nonmetal minerals. The types of flotation machine mainly include
mechanical agitation flotation machine with auto air suction SF/XJK Series
and
mechanical agitating aeration flotation machine BS-K Series
.
For
SF/XJK Series
Flotation Machine,it adopts new structure impeller which is backwards inclined double impellers equipped with honeycomb duct and dummy bottom. Therefore,the slurry in the tank will cycle upward and downward in a fixed flow mode,which is helpful to the suspension of those coarse particles.Air and slurry are naturally sucked without foam pump.
And for
BS-K Series
aeration flotation machine,it's a kind of deep tank flotation machine with aeration.the impeller plays roles of agitating slurry, cycling slurry and distributing air. Therefore, the wearable parts suffer less abration. It requires less power than the other models. This machine has no ability of self-suction pulp, so it needs step configuration, and foam pump is needed too.

Working principle:
When flotation machine is working, the pulp in the cell is breathed from the surrounding in the between of impellers. At the same time, the low pressure air blew by air blower enters in though air distributor too. Pulp and air mixture totally, and then enter into the cell from the impeller. When bubbles rises foam stability region, they are collected together and flow out into bubble cell. Some other pulp flows towards the bottom of impeller, and is mixed by impeller with air again to form mineral laden bubbles. The rest will flow towards next cell until leaving tailings.
