Casting is an important process in the production process of slurry pump parts. It is necessary to strictly control the material ratio, casting temperature, and different heat treatment methods for different material requirements. During this process, Naipu will cast test blocks, use a spectrometer to test the chemical composition of the material, and analyze the metallographic structure of the metal alloy with an optical microscope, and use feedback to improve the corresponding production quality. The casting capacity ranges from 0.5KG per unit weight to 15 tons.
Machining includes various vertical and horizontal machine tools, CNC machining centers, static and dynamic balancing machines, various measuring tools and fixtures.The high chromium alloy itself has high hardness, and there are strict regulations on the tool and the operator's experience during the processing. Otherwise, it will have a high rejection rate. In this regard, all Naipu's operators have more than 10 years of experience in the industry, through quality management, using MT, PT, UT, RT non-destructive testing methods, the quality of every spare part is guaranteed.
