This type is Station Post insulator,it is also called Outdoor solid Core Post insulator.It is used for insulation and support of live parts in outdoor power stations, substations and electrical equipment(disconnector) with a average rated voltage of 10-500kV.

It includes a part of porcelain insulating body and cast iron fittings.Our factory manufactured station post insulator mainly according to standard IEC, ANSI, and some countries have their own standard  like  Russian, Mexico,and South Africa etc.

The suitable environment for station post insulator is -40ºC~ +40ºC, and some can be used in areas with an altitude of 4000m. Station Post Insulator is divided into two categories: normal type and anti-pollution type. Anti-pollution type can be used in medium, heavy and heavy pollution areas.
