Casing technology
1. Casing driver
Through the connection of power head with casing adaptor, casing driver, casing and casing shoe, torque and pressure are transferred to casing and casing shoe. The drilling process alternates between casing drilling and drilling tool taking out the soil for lower resistance of casing drilling.
2. Oscilator
Oscilators are applied for larger piles or longer casings against greater resistance. One end of the oscilator is fixed on the chassis of the rotary drilling rig, and the clamp of the oscilator holds the casing tightly. Then the left and right rotary cylinder push the casing rotating repeatedly and raising or pushing down the casing to finish the drilling process.
3. Vibrating hammer
The crawler crane lifts the vibration hammer, the hydraulic clamp at the bottom of the vibration hammer holds the top of the casing. The vertical vibrating force of eccentric wheel acts on the casing to drill into the hole or pull out from the hole.

Application of pile casings:

1. Silt layer
When for the flowing plastic geology, it easily occurs that the pile diameter contracts because of its high water content and low strength, which can cause hole collapse. At this time, casing technology is used to support the pile wall and prevent the hole collapse.
2. Loose formation
When the rotary drilling rig is working in loose geology with rich groundwater, casing technology can be adopted to prevent hole collapse and protect groundwater by supporting the hole wall.
3. Boulder with large size
When there are large size boulders, and it is easy to cause deviation of holes due to uneven geological hardness. If casing technology is adopted, it can be forced to guide through casing to prevent deviation of holes, and the casing shoe can pass through boulders.
4. Non-filling karst cave
When drilling into non-filling karst cave with large volume, the mud will be lost in a moment, and the mud pressure and wall protection will be lost at the upper part of the pile. If it is loose geology, the hole will collapse; meanwhile, the hole deviation will be caused if there is non-filling karst cave without hole wall guidance. Casing technology is adopted to prevent hole collapse and deviation through casing protection and guidance.
5. Occlusive pile
Occlusive piling can meet the requirement of foundation pit project. Through the forced guide of casing, the precise drilling can realize the close joint of pile foundation, and benefit the waterproof and supporting.
6. Inclined pile
Some foundation engineering piles need not only axial bearing capacity, but also lateral support capacity, such as offshore drilling oil platform, port drilling pile, etc. when rotary drilling rig is constructed in inclined pile, it must be constructed under the guidance of casing, otherwise it is difficult to form holes or even cause damage to parts.
