1.The grinding chamber is designed with regrinding, which can increase its output by more than 15% and the sizes are more even.
2.Equipped with wear resistant hammer that is alternate permutation, the finished products ane high in accuracy and uniform in size. Vacuum welded hammers and surface hardened hammer pin extend the service life and futher decrease the consumption of accessories.
3.The rotor is rotatable clockwise and counterclockwise and materials can be fed bidirectionally,which decreases the wear of hammers and thus lowers the consumption of accessories.The rotor has experienced dynamic balance test,ensuring less vibration and long service life.
4.By changing the hammer position on the rotor,two crush of gaps are formed between hammers and screen,which are fit to normal crushing and fine crushing.When in normal crushing,it can crush evenly and improve the production capacity. When the gap between hammer and screen is smaller,it's fit to fiber crushing and fine crushing.
5.There are quick access doors set on both sides of the mill to facilitate maintenance and change of screen,and doors can be locked quickly.
