Shipping & delivery:

2. Delivery time for sample is about 2- 3 days after payment confirmed, for bulk order it will be 7-20 days after payment. 
3. It will take 5~9 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4. Any import charges or fees are buyer's responsibility.
Please note that some remote place will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

After-Sales Service:
1. The cutie vape pen e-cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment, except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defective occurred during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
