GNS   A15 WOODEN & DOORS  PU FOAM


GNS A15 WOODEN & DOORS  PU FOAM  is a one-component, ready to use multi-purpose Polyurethane F oam. It is fitted with a plastic adapter  head for use with a foam application gun or plastic applicator . The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation .
 
Product Feature

1. Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
2. Very good filling capacities;
3. Application temperature is between + 5ºC to +35ºC;
4. Optimal application temperature is between +18ºC to + 30 ºC;
5. It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer

Installation Instructions

 

Low Expansion and Maximum Yield Formulation Aerosol Polyurethane Foam Especially Developed for Fixing Door&Window Frames
  1. Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds;
  2. Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application;
  3. Fit the gun or plastic applicator on the adapter.
  4. Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw; Fill the holes and cavities.
  5. Bottom  up during application; Foam will be tack-free in about 10 minutes; Excess can be trimmed in about one hour;
  6. Fresh foam can be removed by using GNS Foam cleaner . Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Shelf life

12 months in unopened packing store in temperature between +5 ºC  to +25 ºC , Keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.
