The fuel filter is connected in series to the pipe between the fuel pump and the throttle body inlet. The function of the fuel filter is to remove solid debris such as iron oxide and dust contained in the fuel to prevent the fuel system from clogging (especially the fuel nozzle). Reduce mechanical wear, ensure stable engine operation and improve reliability. The structure of the fuel oil is composed of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel, which is equipped with a high-efficiency filter paper sheet, and the filter paper sheet is chrysanthemum-shaped to increase the circulation area. The EFI filter cannot be used in common with the chemical oil filter. Because the EFI filter often withstand 200-300kpa fuel pressure, the pressure strength of the filter is generally required to reach more than 500KPA, and the oil filter is not necessary to achieve such a high pressure.

Installation and use
 

The fuel filter is a consumable, and it needs regular replacement and maintenance during the use of the vehicle, otherwise it will not play a qualified protective role. For the specific replacement cycle, please refer to the instructions on the products provided by each filter supplier.
Recommended replacement time: the car every 20,000 kilometers or so. [1]
Replace the gasoline filter use precautions
(1) After the replacement and installation of gasoline grid and oil grid, pay attention to the tightness of the interface and be alert to oil leakage;
(2) For the air grid and air conditioning grid, it is necessary to ensure the overall sealing after replacement;
(3) Take good care of the gasoline box, and try to use the matching gasoline label specified by the automobile manufacturer.
The filter has the arrow mark of the oil inlet and outlet, do not install the reverse when replacing.
