Application
Auto-winding filter is widely used to pre-filter of industrial ventilation and air conditioner ventilation systems.
Working condition: H igh dust content environment and the environments needs frequently change the filter material and constant air flow.

There is a New Material Box located on the top of the equipment. The initial pressure drop will increase when masses of high concentration dirty air brought in, and when the initial pressure drop reaches final pressure drop, the differential pressure switch opens, the switch will send signal to the control system, the yellow light being lit, alarming a new reel of filter material is needed.  A fter pressing the green button, automatically the dirty filter material will wind onto the lower spool, at the same time clean filter material will take the place of dirty material.
