A2: Most of the jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, Some in gold, brass, or custom material, which can cover different procurement demands.
We have rings , earrings, pendants & necklaces, bracelets & bangles  with semi-precious gemstones, synthetic stone, and cubic zirconia, as well as fashion silver   brooches .

Q3: Can you engrave my logo on the jewelry? Do you supply OEM/ODM service?
A3: Yes. Custom logo and OEM/ODM are both accepted. Our factory specializes in jewelry manufacturing for 16 years.
We can produce jewelry by your sample, design, pictures, or even by an idea. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Custom order process: Inquiry > Confirm products details > Pay mold fee > Confirm CAD draft > Quote-Initial payment > Produce  mold&sample > Confirm Sample > Mass production > Balance payment > Shipment > Track shipment > delivery.

Q4: If I want to make my logo on the products, Can you do it? 
A4: Yes, of course.  We do OEM & ODM for 15 years.  We can laser your logo on the products.

Q5. Do you have a showroom?
A5: Our factory and showroom are both in Panyu, Guangzhou, you are welcome to visit!

Q6: I received the item is broken, what should I do?
A6: Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoided because of rough handling by shipping workers. In this case, We can help you to repair it for free.

Q7: Do you offer after-sales warranty service?
A7: Yes, we will refund or resend products if fading, stones fall off, and other quality problems are found in the 1-month receipt of goods. Furthermore, we offer 1-year after-sales warranty service, but you need to pay the shipping charge.
