PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Oxidized starch is made of natural corn starch by the latest oxidation technology, and then through washing, dewatering, drying, fine sifting and packaging. Mainly used in paper and textile.
Features:
1. Paste viscosity bottom, good fluidity, strong adhesion, high stability. Long-term use will not cause excessive viscosity fluctuation or system pressure increase.
2. The finished product has good film-forming ability, excellent softness, wear resistance and transparency.
3. The product has high whiteness, very low impurity content, increased hydrophilicity of particles, low gelatinization temperature and energy saving.

Method of use
:
1. Under stirring, add the product to cold water, adjust it to 10% suspended emulsion, heat it up to 90ºC, hold it for 15-20 minutes to fully gelatinize it, add water and dilute it for later use.
2. When mixed with other sizing agents, it should be added in the dilution process after gelatinization.
3. During use, the backflow shall be filtered, the backflow tank shall be kept clean, and the temperature of the paste shall be kept stable.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Cationic starch is made of cationic starch in the reaction process between corn starch and a season of
amines, and then through a series of sections washing, pressing, drying, refining, packaging. It is mainly
used in pulp addition in the papermaking process.
Features:
1. Low gelatinization temperature, clear and transparent paste, long time without stratification.
2. Adsorb with negatively charged fibers and fillers to improve the retention rate of fine fibers and reduce
the concentration of white water.
3. Improve the ash content, folding resistance, surface strength and other indicators.
4. The degree of substitution can be adjusted according to the actual situation of production.
Method of use:
1. In a cooking vessel equipped with a heater and a blender, completely dissolve the dry starch in water
at room temperature and make it with a concentration of about 4%-6%.
2. The prepared starch milk was heated to 90 ~ 95
ºC
and stirred continuously at this temperature for 20
~ 30 minutes until the starch paste was completely gelatinized (transparent and uniform).
3. Place the gelatinized starch paste in a storage container, dilute it to 0.5-1% concentration here, and
cool it to 50-60
ºC
before adding it to the sizing point.
