The beneficiation method of alluvial placer tin ore is similar to that of placer gold ore, which is generally treated by gravity separation method.The equipment for gravity separation of placer tin ore is mainly jig. Sometimes, in order to improve the recovery rate of fine-grained tin ore, a shaking table will also be used and sometimes the ore bearing with iron pyrite,magnetite,magnetic separation machines will be used.
The basic process flow of tin ore gravity separation is
screening jigging dehydration . For placer tin ore with low monomer dissociation, it often needs to go through two gravity separation processes: screening → jig → rod mill → jig → dehydration. Gravity separation is the most ideal, economical, and effective tin ore dressing method. 
 
And for rock type tin ore /cassiterite,need crushing and grinding part based one alluvial placer type tin ore.

2. Rotary scrubber (namely as drum ore scrubber, cylinder stone scrubber or rotary scrubbing machine) is a special washing equipment for cleaning large and difficult-to-wash materials,like high impurity content and sticky mud.
This machine with two parts: drum scrubber and screen. The drum scrubber is for washing ore, screen is for sieving different size particles after washing. The maximum feed size can reach 200 mm. It mainly carries out preliminary cleaning for raw ore.
