Performance and application:
This product has the characteristics of good wettability of isooctyl ester. It can provide very good lubricity in pure oil processing and provide processing fluid permeability, such as high-speed cutting, drilling, stamping, etc.
In addition, it is also a combustion clean, biodegradable synthetic ester. It is widely used as base oil and additive in pure oil.
It is especially suitable for metal cutting fluid and has good annealing cleanliness in rolling fluid. Different from isooctyl oleate, this material has no iodine value and has strong antioxidant capacity in high-temperature and harsh processing.
In addition, the viscosity is close to No. 10 white mineral oil, so the base oil used as semi synthetic processing fluid is very emulsified, can also provide good lubricity and does not produce coke like substances.
