Application:
5-Bromo-2-methoxypyridine is Pyridine series intermediates used as a ligand for the central nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. It is also used for a new synthetic method of anti HIV active integrase inhibitors. α v β 3 antagonist β- The structural unit of alanine part is also the structural unit for the synthesis of potent selective somatostatin sst3 receptor antagonist.
