1. Can i get some samples?
Yes, we can supply free sample,  but please bear shippping cost at your side. 
Ship fee will be deducted from future bulk order .

2. How to start orders or make payments?
Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of order, enclosed our bank information.
Payment by T/T,  e-Checking ,L/C , Western Union ,Money Gram ,Bitcoin ,ETH ,USDT ...

3. How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
You can get free samples for some products,only need to pay the shipping cost .
You can send us your product specifications and requests,we will OEM the products according to your requests.

4. How long is lead time?
We will arrange shipping within 3-5 days for small order, 7-10 days for bulk order.
Shipping time usual is 1-2 weeks .

5: What's your MOQ? 
A:Our MOQ is 1kg. But usually we accept less quantity such as 100g on the condition that sample charge is 100% paid.

6. How do you treat quality complaint?
First of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to near zero. If there is a real
quality problem caused by us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.
