General Description
CPS  Pump is one- and two-stage , Double suction, Axially Split Volute Casing between-bearings Centrifugal Pump. T he pumps be designated pump type BB1 (API610 BB1).
The axial split case pumps has been developed for wide range of application benefiting   both the industrial users and the municipality. These pump offers excellent NPSH values and maximum   efficiency thus achieving the lowest Life Cycle Cost possible for its users.

Volute Casing
>   For casing, using ANSYS for optimizing structure, high-intensity.

Impeller
>   Staggered vane construction for changing the rate of impeller through pump tongue, which decrease the liquid pulse 1 ‰  to 4‰ of  the head, more stable flow, higher efficiency, less vibration, working more steady.

Shaft
>   The shaft is full sealing which could achieve touchless with liquid, bearing parts are oil lip sealing and V-type sealing ring, which protect against leaking, dust, water and humidity.
>   Shaft sealing is packing seal interchangeable with single end surface mechanical-seal; or equip ped  with c artridge mechanical seal, double mechanical seal, and flushing system by standard API682 as per customers' requirement.

Bearings
>   For bearing, applying with short span, thicken shaft, which achieves small deflection when rotor running, and works more stable.
>   Bearing lubrication, grease for standard (Oil as option ).
>   Bearing is assembled with interface for testing temperature and vibration, convenient for remote control.
Inlet and O utlet Flange Standards
>   Pump inlet and outlet flange could be by ISO, DIN, BS, ANSI, KS standards etc.

Others
> Except for casing and impeller, all the other parts had achieved modular designed and standardization of spare parts; all the bearing, sealing part, shaft sleeve in the same shaft series could be interchangeable.
