Because the raceway of its inner and outer ring can have relative displacement on the horizontal axis, so it can bear radial load and axial load at the same time - combined load (single row angular contact ball bearings can only bear single direction axial load, so they are usually installed in pairs).
Cage materials are brass, synthetic resin, etc., according to bearing form, use conditions.

Precision grade
The accuracy grades of angular contact ball bearings include dimensional tolerance and rotation accuracy. The accuracy from low to high is P0(ordinary), P6(P6X), P5, P4, and P2. In addition, the European and American brands also use P3, P7, P9 precision level, P3 is equivalent to ISO and JIS standards of P6, P7 is equivalent to P4, P9 is equivalent to P2.
