Oil-Cooling Self-Cleaning Electric Magnetic Iron Separator
Application:
It is suspended above the conveyor belt to eliminate the ferrous metal from the conveyed materials before they get into t he downstream crusher or mill.
Technical Features:
1. With the computer-simulating design of magnetic circuits, it has deep magnetic depth and high magnetic field intensity.
2. With special design of exciting coils, it has longitudinal and latitude cooling oil paths. The heat can be
easily
transformed to the cooling oil to lower the coil temperature.
3. The special designed wholly sealed coils are moisture-proof, dustproof and corrosion prevention.
4. The corrugated heat-releasing wings enlarge the cooling area and effectively control the temperature rise.
5. Easy maintenance, self clean iron wastes, robust performance.
6. The waist-drum shape roller can rectify the belt automatically. With the wholly sealed bearing blocks, it can achieve trouble-free operation for a very long time.
7. With near and remote control system, it has a wide application.
