General Description
IFK series PTFE lined with metal reinforce chemical centrifugal p ump  is designed according to ISO2858,
The pump is a horizontal, single stage, radial split volute casing, PTFE   l ined with metal reinforce centrifugal pump, with foot support, single entry radial Semi-Open impeller , end-suction branch and radial upwards   discharge branch.
The motor drive s  the pump through the flexibl e disc  coupling directly .

>   Pump f lange standard:  DIN25 01 , ISO7005, ASME B16.5
> The suction and discha r ge flange, the casing and pump foot are all cast to a whole.
> Impeller: PTFE  Lined with metal reinforce , Semi-Open type.
>   B earings :   Heavy duty bearings, lubri cat ed  by oil   ( Grease  as option) .
>   Shaft seal:  E xternally mounted PTFE  b ellow mechanical seal .
> Coupling:   The motor drive n  the pump through the fle x ibly coupling d i rect ly

Operation Conditions
Fluid: Pure liquids not chemically or mechanically aggressive to the pump materials .
> Working Temperature Range:  -20 ºC  to 175 ºC .   
When working temperature exceeds 80 ºC , shall clarify clearly and in advance .
> Operating pressure:
PN1.6 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN 2.4 MPa   (optional)

The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.
