Type D\DY\DF\DM multistage Pump is single-suction, multi-stage, segmental centrifugal pump. Type D It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water.

The temperature of the liquid is -20ºC~ 80ºC...Type DY is used to transfer non-corrosive oil and oil products without solid particles and with viscosity less than 120 centistokes. The temperature of the liquid is -20ºC~ 150ºC Type DF is used to transfer corrosive liquid without solid particles, The temperature of the liquid is --20~+150ºC. Type DM is used to transfer clear water or liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water with limited solid particles

Construction:

Type D\DY\DF\DM pumps are horizontally installation. The direction of inlet and outlet of Type DY\DF is vertical upward except type D pump with horizontal inlet. Type DYI\II\IIIDF can be also with horizontal inlet and outlet.
The axial thrust gets balanced with the help of balance disk. Type D, DY, DF3_40 pumps get the balanced with the help of
Symmetrically construction
The shaft seal usually uses packing seal, according to customers' requirements, mechanical seal is used, too. Type DF85_67pumps use sliding bearings which get lubricated with dilute--oil.
The others use rolling bearings which get lubricated with grease except type DF85-67 pump with dilute oil.
Materials of tolerance parts: Type D pump are made of cast iron, the shaft is 45# steel.
Type DY: The materials are divided into three types: I - cast iron(the temperature in operation is 20--150ºC)
II_cast steel (the temperature in operation is 45--400ºC)
III_stainless steel (the temperature in operation is 45--400ºC)
Type DF: According to the liquid can be divided into cast steel and stainless steel.
Type DM: Anti-friction cast iron
