General introduction:
The powder coating made of hydroxyl polyester resin has excellent leveling, chemical resistance, weather resistance, and strong oil resistance. It is suitable for painting metal surfaces with high requirements for chemical resistance and oil resistance, such as automobiles, motorcycles.
Product series:
We can provide products with high gloss (over 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%), and matte (below 20%). (The gloss can be controlled according to user needs.)

Specific gravity (g/cm3, 25 ºC): 1.4-1.7
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 μ m (can be adjusted according to special requirements of painting)
Curing condition: 200 ºC (workpiece temperature), 10 minutes

1. The above test uses 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plate with standard pre-treatment, with a coatingthickness of 50-70 microns.
