General introduction:
It is prepared using epoxy resin and polyester resin as the main raw materials, while possessing their unique properties, resulting in excellent decorative properties, mechanical properties, and strong corrosion resistance of the produced film. It is widely used in the coating of various indoor metal products.
Product series:
We can provide standard and low-temperature curing powder coating products.
Can be made into high gloss (over 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%), and matte (below 20%) products. (Control the gloss according to user needs.)
Physical properties of powder:
Specific gravity (g/cm3, 25 ºC): 1.4-1.7
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 μ m (can be adjusted according to special requirements of painting)
Curing conditions:
Standard type 180 ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes
Low temperature curing type 160 ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes
Average coverage:
9-12 square meters/kg, film thickness 60 microns (calculated at 100% powder coating usage rate)
Coating performance:

NOTE:
1. The above test uses 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plate with standard pre-treatment, with a coating thickness of 60-80 microns.
2.The performance indicators of the above coatings may slightly decrease with the decrease of gloss.
