Product Description

GH4099 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy. It can be used for a long time below 900ºC, and the short-term maximum use temperature can reach 1000ºC. Chromium, cobalt, tungsten and molybdenum are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, aluminum and titanium are added to form an aging strengthening phase, and boron, cerium and magnesium are added to purify and strengthen the grain boundaries. The alloy has high thermal strength, high stability, and has satisfactory cold and hot processing formation and welding process performance. It is suitable for manufacturing high temperature welded structural parts such as aero engine combustion chamber.

GH4099 high-temperature alloy plates have been used to manufacture parts such as aeroengine processing adjustable nozzle shells, afterburner cylinders, etc.; rolled bars are used to make aeroengine compressor blades; forged bars have been used to manufacture large ships Use the structural components of the gas engine and cruise*.

The large-scale sheet structure made of this alloy can be used directly without aging treatment after solution treatment. No harmful phases are found after long-term aging of the alloy at 700ºC~950ºC.
