Product Features:
Insulating Glass Hot Melt Butyl Rubber  is a kind of 100% solid sealant which regards polyisobutylene rubber as the base material, has single component and no solvent. Won't release fog or be sulfurized, and will be permanently plastic. It can maintain good plasticity and tightness within a wide scope of temperature, and the surface will not be cracked or become rigid. It has good caking property and air impermeability for the glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other similar material.
Main Uses:
The product can resist the aging phenomenon caused by the ultraviolet light, large-scale temperature variation and moisture invasion. It's equipped with strong adhesive strength and good moisture tightness, so only a layer of sealing can solve the sealing and structure problem of the hollow glass.

Adhesive Tape Sticking Machine
Direction for use:
1) Take out both wings of the adhesive tape machine and fix the both wings at the body of the main engine with screw.
2) Place two rolls of adhesive tape at the scroll of both wings , press one end of the aluminum strip with the head wheel, an d stick one end of the two rolls of adhesive tape to both ends of the aluminum strip.
3) Pull the aluminum strip through the pinch roller on the body of the machine.
