Basic Stages
1. Broken: The bulk silicon mine is initially crushed by a jaw crusher() , and then the produced coarse material is transported by a belt conveyor   () to compound sand maker   () for secondary crushing and sand making;
2. Screening and sand washing: The finely crushed silica sand enters the vibrating screen()  and goes to bucket sand washer   () for washing and d esliming , with hydrocyclone   () for s eparation and removal of heavy coarse particles of sewage sludge sand ;
3. The finished material needs to be dried by the dryer ()  / dewatering screen  ()  or naturally dried and then clean fine sand is transported by belt conveyor.
Notice: Unqualified silica sand continues to be broken by the system until the finished product is produced.
