Product Description

General Description
QW series submersible sewage pumps consist of submersible motor and pump, separated by oil chamber and mechanical seal. The products are compact with variety of protections to ensure for pump safe and reliable operating.

Design F eatures
>  Submersible Motor: Insulation  Class F, Protection class : IP68.
>  Motor Protections:
For the motor power range among 3   -   7.5KW, there's a det e ction electrode for power leakage in the motor casing, the detection electrode is c onnected to the pump control panel. When leakage, the panel will show the alarm signal to ensure the protection of the pump .
For above 11KW, there is a leakage detection sensor in the motor casing, and a leakage probe leakage electrode in the termi n al, also the stator (winding) is mated with motor overload protection device.
>  Excellent Performance:   Impeller with single or double blockage -free and circum volution-proof passage, enable solids with diameter below 100mm passing freely .
>  Easy to install: Fix automatic coupling installation or removable installation.
>  Convenient to contr ol: F ull  auto matic control, protections and signals giving out. E asy to achieve ventral monitoring and control.
>  Huge investment saving: By using this system, saving construction cost up to 40 -  60%, operation and management  cost 30 -40%.
>  Pump f lange standard: ISO7005 , ASME B16.5.
>  B earings : Deep-groove ball bearings, lubri cat ed  by grease.
>  Shaft seal: Mechanical seal .

For power  15kW, using internal self-circulation cooling.
> Starting type: Direct on-line start or controlled silicon soft start, less than 15 times per hour.
> Prohibit un-loaded long time running and reversal running.
