General Description
VP series pumps are vertical, single stage, single suction, radially split volute casing pumps. The pump is designed according with API 610 standard OH3 type.

primarily applicable for the delivery of most fluids in petrochemical processes, applied to pumping clean or slightly polluted, cold or hot, chemical neutral or aggressive liquids.
Design F
eatures
The pump is vertical, in-line, single-stage overhung pumps with separate bearing brackets be designated pump type OH3 (API610 OH3).
They have a bearing housing integral with the pump to absorb all pump loads.
The driver is usually mounted on a
support integral to the pump.
The pumps and their drivers are flexibly coupled.
> Hydraulic design: Various hydraulic design can be suitable for most working conditions.
> Casing: The pump casing is designed with double volute casing to decrease radial force and vibration for stable operation.
> Structure type: VP type have a separate bearing bracket integral with the pump, be used for high temperature and other importance conditions.

VP-01 type pump is closed-coupled, low height and well stability.

VP-02 type pump equipped with spacer couplings, easy to disassembling and replacing the mechanical seals.

Compared to horizontal pump with same performance, vertical inline pump cover small foundation areas, easily connect, save foundation cost.
> Shaft seal: Packing or mechanical seal can be selected according to the conditions. The dimension of seal chamber is according with API 682.
> Nozzles: The suction and discharge nozzles have the same pressure grade and the same
diameter

arranged horizontally. Nozzles allowable loadings comply with API 610.
