General introduction :
Made from epoxy resin as the main raw material, it has excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties, and is suitable for coating metal products with high requirements for corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and flexibility. It is generally not recommended to directly apply it to the surface coating of various outdoor products.
Product series:
We can provide standard and low-temperature curing powder coating products. Can be made into high gloss (over 80%), semi gloss (50-80%), flat gloss (20-50%), and matte (below 20%) products. (Gloss can be controlled according to user needs)
Physical properties of powder:
Specific gravity (g/cm3, 25 ºC): 1.4-1.7
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 μ m (can be adjusted according to special requirements of painting)
Curing conditions:
Type A 200 ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (flat or matte)
B-type 180 ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (high light or semi light)
C-type 140 ºC (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (high gloss)
