The graphitized petroleum coke produced, nitrogen content is less than 100PPM, sulfur content less than 0.01%.The low sulfur and low nitrogen graphitized is made of calcined petroleum coke as raw material, then going through fully graphitization of the continuous graphitization process under the high temperature of minimum 2800ºC . Afterwards, through crushing, screening and classification, we supply our users with the different particle size between 0-50mm at the customers' request.
The produced graphitized petroleum coke/GPC overcomes the traditional Acheson furnace product unstable weaknesses, becomes the first choice of many production enterprises, such as high-end wind power castings, auto motive castings production enterprise, nuclear power casting, etc. It is widely used in the special smelting and foundry casting process, especially meeting the strict requirement of low sulphur and nitrogen content in the ductile iron and grey iron casting industry. It is also used as absorbent of heavy metal in the wastewater treatment system and the raw material of graphite cathode in the aluminum electrolysis cell.
