No bake furan resin system is a high-strength and eco-friendly binding system widely used in foundry areas. It contains two parts of application, the resin liquid and the acid catalyst/hardener, which are mixed with silica sand by a proper ratio for molding and core making of cast steel, cast iron and non ferrous casting.

3. General characteristic:  No-bake furan resin is specially produced for casting. It has low nitrogen content and fast curing speed. The sand fluidity is good to produce casting piece with accurate dimension and fine surface.

The Sulfur content is 30% to 60% lower than regular sulfonic acid hardener, and sulfur accumulation in sand system drops to reduce
the defects such as hot cracking tendency of steel castings and surface spheroidization fading of ductile iron castings.
