Description:
PUR UCH236.1 S is a kind of 100% solid content single-package reactive hot melting adhesive. It is an profile wrapping glue for PVC, TPU and Veener.

Characteristics:
Stable viscosity, comparative high initial viscosity and final viscosity. Better peel strength, resistance to humidity, heat and chemical after solidify.

Execution condition  
1 , PUR UCH236.1S package suits for all kinds of heating plates and heating container.
2 , Recommend tank melting temperature : 120-140 ºC .

Instructions   
1 , Keep based materials surface clean and tidy, no dust and greasy dirt. 
2 , Need use dedicated cleaning agent for production equipment washing after use. 
3 , UCH236.1S can not be used with other brands of hot melting adhesive. 
4 , If you have not use out at one time, please seal it strictly for next time use.  
5 , For perfect solidify, the finished product need to put condition with 23~25 ºC temperature
and relative humidity around 65%.
Safety Matters:
1 , Keep ventilation and forbid all open fire in the execution condition.

Storage:
Store it in the cool and dry condition, avoid directly sunshine. Keep storage  temperature lower than 35ºC and far away from fire source and heat source.
