Warranty

Panel:

1. Subject to the terms of the warranty document, Sunchees will for a period of Ten (10) years from date of purchase authorize a free of charge repair or replacement of the module, for a manufacturing defect.
 

2. The warranty also covers labor and transport close to major population areas. Sunchees do not just give you a replacement panel, we make sure it is installed properly.
 

3. Sunchees offers you a transferable warranty, so if you sell your property, the warranty transfers to the new owner.
 

Battery:

Sunchees warrants all batteries to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of (2) Two Years from the date of purchased complete.

This warranty does not cover physical damage due to acts of nature or man, which stress the battery beyond design limits and exert undesirable influence aside from normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the battery is subjected to misuse, physical damage or abuse other than normal wear and tear.

Inverter:

The inverter is warranted to be free from defects for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of shipment to the original end user. We will, at its option, repair or replace any such defective products.

Controller:

The charge controller is warranted to be free from defects for a period of TWO (2) years from the date of shipment to the original end user. We will, at its option, repair or replace any such defective products.
