Product Description


Yulchemi   General Purpose   Acrylic  Sealant   is a middle/high modulus, high quality, cost effective, low odor, multi-purpose, one-part neutral curing sealant.
The   General Purpose   Acrylic  Sealant   offers excellent adhesion and long term durability, compatibility with a wide variety of substrates, and good weatherproof ability.   Used in a range of general sealing, general glazing, waterproofing and trade applications.

FEATURES
  1. Stable and flexible from -50°C to +180°C
  2. Adheres to a range of common building materials and finishes.
  3. Neutral cure, will not corrode metals, concrete or brick.
  4. Cures to a strong, flexible seal capable of withstanding movement in and around the joint.
  5. Non-slumping, can be used in vertical and overhead joints.
  6. Easy to use - one part, no mixing required.
  7. Resistant to weathering, ultra-violet radiation, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes, airborne pollutants, cleaning detergents and many solvents.

APPLICATIONS:   
Yulchemi General Purpose Silicone Sealant is ideally suited for general purpose glazing, sealing and weatherproofing applications, has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, anodized aluminum, concrete, cement, wood and many plastics.
It is widely used in industry building, automotive, package, and family decoration for joints adhesion and sealing among glass, ceramics, aluminum alloys, plastics, woods, paper etc.

NOTICES:
1. For best result, use opened cartridges on the same day. Otherwise store it strictly tightened.
2. Pre-test is necessary to ensure the excellent adhesive property.
3. Avoid contacting with skin or eyes, in case of contacted, rinse immediately with plenty of water,   go to hospital if necessary.
4. Keep away from children before curing.
5. Avoid contaminating food, medicine or cosmetics.

SHELF LIFE:   12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and 27°C.

A:   Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of aerosol products,   especially in car care products, spray paints, household care products, industrial products, etc.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide 2-3 samples for free. But as this is aerosol products with pressurized gas, it is    dangerous goods, the courier cost is very high, say about USD 100-200 for 2kg parcels. And the freight cost need to be prepaid by customers.
