RCDB suspension air cooling round electromagnetic separator  is an iron removing  mechanism composed of driving motor, drum, scraper belt, etc.  In the working process, the iron unloading  mechanism automatically unloads the ferromagnetic material adsorbed by the unloading belt into the iron collecting box without manual cleaning by power cut, realizing the automation iron removal.

RCDB suspension air cooling round electromagnetic separator   consists of iron remover body and iron unloading mechanism.
Except the iron body magnetic circuit design is reasonable, the magnetic field strength is high, magnetic penetration depth is large, so it is suitable for the occasion of thick material layer to remove iron.
The iron unloading mechanism consists of a frame, a turbo-worm reducer (hereinafter referred to as the reducer motor), a main and slave moving roller, a protective cover and a iron unloading belt equipped with a scraper.The tension and deviation adjustment of the strip can be carried out by the bearing adjusting device without stopping the machine.

It can be installed slightly away from the drum. The parabolic motion of the material helps the magnetic  separator  to absorb impurities. When the belt speed is slow (less than 2m/s), the position of the magnetic  separator  should be moved backward to be close to the drum (the drum should be made of non-magnetic material).

   Three hoisting methods:
QX-A lifting ,  four tie rods are hung  on four fixed hooks respectively.
QX-B hoisting ,  four chain cable hanging on the two-track or monorail roller rack.
QX-C hoisting ,  four wire ropes are hoisted on the hoisting tray under the monorail trolley with a rope clamp.
The selection of the distance H between the core center line and the drum center of the belt conveyor: H is related to the drum radius R, the belt conveyor linear speed, material properties, viscosity, and many other factors such as the inclination angle of the iron remover. General recommendation: H = R.
