Application
Suitable as pre-filter in general air conditioning system. Applies to mist exhaust system of dry coating engineering such as painting booth and   car painting room. Also plays as exhaust gas filter in spray booth.
Advantages
Adopt non-woven ways, use long glass fiber to make into a conformation that density of fiber increase gradually.
The glass fibers are strong and resilient, will catch paint mist with high efficiency and low resistance.
Density of fibers increases gradually, which will block particles of various sizes in different density layers. It has a large dust-holding capacity.
Low cost together with long service life, will keep original shape under definitive air flow.
Good temperature resistance, will tolerance as high as 170ºC.
Good wet fastness, will tolerance as high as 100%RH.
The direction of catching dust is distinguished by color, the white color is air inlet side and the green is air outlet side.
Can be with galvanized steel or aluminum alloy frame and metal mesh as supporter on the exhaust side, effectively prevent deformation of the separator under high-speed airflow.
