This adhesive is functional degradable adhesive, which has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, energy saving and wide application. It has a good effect on materials containing a certain amount of slip agent, but has a poor composite effect on aluminized structures.

Working conditions
The concentration of the working fluid is 25%-40%, and the mesh roller is 90-140 mesh.

Compound and curing
The adhesive-coated composite material needs to be dried and evaporated in a drying tunnel at 50 ºC-65ºC-80ºC-75ºC; the longer the drying tunnel, the more thorough the volatilization of the residual solvent, which is more conducive to improving the strength and transparency, and eliminating odors. The temperature of the pressure roller shall be controlled at 50ºC-65ºC, and the composite material needs to be cured for 24 hours in a constant temperature environment of 50ºC-60ºC.

LY5902A functional polyester polyol: 20kg/drum, 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum
LY5902B hardener for functional polyester polyol: 4kg/drum, 20kg/drum, 200kg/drum
In a dry and clean place at 10-35 ºC, the unopened adhesive can be stored for 12 months, and the hardener 10 months. After opening the container, the remaining formulated adhesive must be kept tightly closed as soon as possible.
