The WN series dredge r  pump is a new type of slurry pump developed by our company. 1.Simple and reliable structure.
The 200WN-500WN dredg er  pump adopts a horizontal structure with single casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever as a whole. According to the connection methods with the gear box, it can be divided into two typical structures, that is, the self-contained base type and the pump - box integrated type. The lubrication method of self-contained type is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication;
The 600WN-1200WN dredg er  pump adopts a horizontal structure of double pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever as a whole, with a self-contained base, and the lubrication method is thin oil lubrication. The safety and reliability design of the double pump casing makes the sleeve can be used until it is almost worn through, and even when the sleeve is broken, the liquid  will not enter the pump room.
2. Easy to disassemble and repair,ensure convenient maintenance.
The WN dredg er  pump adopts a front disassembly structure, which is simple to open and fix thus ensure an easy maintenance; meanwhile according to the structural characteristics of each part, there are special disassembly and assembly tools equipped to smooth the work. The impeller and the shaft are connected by a standard four-head trapezoidal thread, which can transmit powerful torque and is easy to disassemble. And an impeller disassembly ring at the shaft sleeve allows the fast disassembly of the impeller.
3. Good abrasion resistance and long service life of flow passing parts.
Among the flow   (wet) parts of the WN dredge pump, the impeller, sleeve, front and rear liner (wear-resistant liners) are made of strong anti-wear cast iron alloy , of which the hardness is more than 58HRC, the materials  are not only with strong impact resistance, but also shows high anti-abrasion performance   ; A nd A31 material, the company's latest developed alloy,has a hardness of more than 70HRC  , it could also be available . In the product design process, the service life of each parts is fully considered aiming at matching with one another ,so the replacement cycle of wear-resistant parts is almost the same, thus reduces maintenance and replacement costs
4. The shaft seal is reliable and there is no leakage.
The shaft seal of 200WN-500WN dredge r  pump could adopt ether mechanical seal or packing seal or mechanical seal& packing seal.
The 600WN-1200WN dredge pump shaft seal adopts a spiral sleeve L-shaped rubber sealing device, which is composed of 3 L-shaped sealing rings and a shaft sleeve with a special thread.
5. Small hydraulic loss, high efficiency and low power consumption.
Because of the advanced hydraulic model, the efficiency level of the dredge r  pump is high. The WN type efficiency is on average 2 - 3% higher than that of the other dredge r  pump. In this way, lower fuel consumption can be obtained at the same output.
