Describe:

Hydrocyclone is a classifier which utilize centrifugal force to accelerate ore particle deposition. Due to the lack of moving, power parts, the need for the corresponding mud pump.It is mostly used in the second closed circuit grinding.
Fluid cyclone is a kind of common separation and classification equipment. When the two-phase mixture to be separated enters the cyclone tangentially from the periphery of the cyclone at a certain pressure, a strong three-dimensional elliptical strong rotational shear turbulent motion is generated. Due to the difference in particle size between coarse particles and fine particles, they are subjected to different sizes of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy and fluid traction force, etc. Due to the action of centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the bottom orifice of the cyclone, while most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow pipe, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and classification.

1. Before starting the test run, make sure that all connection points of the cyclone unit have been tightened, and remove all kinds of residues in the pipeline and the cabinet of the unit, so as to avoid leakage and blockage after starting. Be sure to fully open the operating cyclone valve. College
2. The valve may be fully open (e.g., running cyclone) or fully closed (e.g., standby cyclone), but must not be half-open (i.e., never use the valve to control flow). College
3. If possible, test run with fresh water first. The feeding of the cyclone may be provided by pumping or by means of a high slot. If the pump and the cyclone throughput match, the pressure gauge shows a constant reading. Make sure the gauge reading does not fluctuate, and if there is a significant fluctuation, check the cause. The equipment is required to operate under a pressure not higher than 0.3MPa. College
4. When the equipment is running smoothly under normal pressure, check the leakage of connection points and take remedial measures if necessary. College 5. Check for any blockage caused by residue entering the cyclone. If the inlet of cyclone is blocked, the overflow and sand settling flow rate will be reduced. If the inlet of cyclone is blocked, the sand settling flow rate will be reduced or even cut off. Sometimes, severe vibration will occur. In case of blockage, close the feeding valve of the cyclone in time to clear the blockage. In order to prevent the blockage, the feeding pool of the hydrocyclone group can be equipped with facilities to prevent coarse materials and sundries (such as anti-dandruff screen). Meanwhile, the feeding pool should be emptied in time when parking, so as to avoid the blocking accident caused by excessive precipitation and concentration when driving again. College 6. When the equipment is proved to be in good operation by the clean water test, the slurry can be fed into it for operation.
