Application:

The mid-field strong semi-magnetic self-unloading tailings recovery machine uses neodymium iron boron as the magnetic material. The separation space has a medium magnetic zone and a weak magnetic zone. The magnetic poles alternately form a semi-circular ring magnetic system. A rotatable casing is provided outside the magnetic system , The magnetic system is fixed, a part of the shell is immersed in the pulp, and the magnetic particles in the pulp are continuously absorbed by the method of continuous rotation.The magnetic particles continue to roll with the rotation of the shell, and the impurities inside are continuously cleaned and desilted. The upper part of the semi-annular magnetic system has no magnetic field. When the magnetic material enters the non-magnetic area, the material is discharged under the action of the washing water and the gravity of the material. Into the concentrate tank.
Patented technology innovation points:
1.The magnetic disc is a ring-shaped semi-magnetic structure, the collecting disc (shell) is fully sealed, the lower part of the collecting disc is immersed in the slurry tank, and the magnetic particles in the slurry are continuously absorbed by the method of continuous rotation.
2.The magnetic disc is equipped with a medium magnetic field zone, a weak magnetic field zone and a non-magnetic zone. The magnetic disc attracts materials in the magnetic zone and discharges in the non-magnetic zone.
3.The magnetic zone adopts multiple sets of opposite pole pairs arranged alternately, and the magnetic materials are constantly tumbling during the rotation of the collecting tray, washing and desilting, so that the recovered magnetic materials are more pure than ordinary tailings recovery machines. , The recycling effect is better.
4.The guide plates with radial distribution on both ends of the collecting tray reduce the back movement and leakage of magnetic materials. The agitating block on the outer periphery agitates the slurry to prevent material deposits.
