Magnetic separation is a continuous process of separating magnetic and non-magnetic materials.A mixture of magnetic and nonmagnetic materials passes through a strong magnetic field.The magnetic material is magnetized and drawn to the surface of the separator and discharged in a chute.
The efficiency of the separator depends on the strength of the magnet and the speed of the conveyor.The length of the magnet is designed so that the magnetic material has a period of 0.4 to 0.5 seconds in the magnetic field.The strontium ferrite permanent block is used in the magnet assembly to achieve a surface gauss 2500.
The clearance between magnet and conveyor can be adjusted.Reduce clearance and improve separation efficiency.Separators and conveyors are driven separately.An adjustable stainless steel distributor is arranged between the two chutes.A vibrating feeder with two unbalanced motors is also provided to ensure uniform distribution of materials on the belt for better separation effect.We can provide belt splitters with bandwidth from 650 mm to 2000 mm.

Classification of magnetic separator
Electromagnetic Type (with control panel):adopts rare earth magnet and ferrite magnet to form its permanent magnetic system
Permanent Type (without control panel): adopts excitation coils to form its electromagnetic system. magnetic separator is usually used in continuous duty occasions with plenty of iron materials.
Manual Discharge Type (without motor and belt)
